Examine the record number format of the Virginia birth certificates. You will notice the it is just like the ssn with a couple of extra zeros on either end (room for future expansion). Because of the U.N. enumeration at birth program, and NAFTA, and subsequently 42 USC §666, the enumeration as birth program is at full steam and gaining momentum. With a birth certificate for your child, you don't need to fill out a SS5 form to apply for an SSN. Your child will not be able to drive, to vote, or to do any other thing without confessing an SSN. With the sharing of data base information among the various government networks, the ssn assigned with to the birth record will be automatically transmitted to DMV, voter registrar, banks, creditors, employers, etc. They are doing everything in there power to try to enumerate you. Once enumerated, you are presumed a ward of their program. Good luck proving you are not.
Regarding proof of birth place, date and that he/she is your child, a common law affidavit is valid. The common law will remain authoritative only as long as we continue to exercise it. Jesus said, "Before two or more witnesses let every word be established." Thus, use several means to prove the event. Send out birth notices. Send one to yourself and do not open the letter until you need to have a Court make a declaration according to the common law. Buy a family Bible and write in the information.
