With respect to driving, since property rights (being defined as just about anything of personal value) are civil rights (see Lynch V. Household Finance 405 US 538 (1972), have you considered taking an action under 42USC1983?

Why don't I want the hospital to do a birth cert and how do I create a "proof of birth" that will be accepted by companys, and even his/ner little league?

 How can you justify driving without a license and not complying with the law?
