Parties With Positions The America First Party stands steadfastly against all forms of biometric identification and tracking of innocent Americans. These include fingerprinting, facial and retina scans, implant chips and DNA sampling. We oppose the forced or voluntary fingerprinting of American citizens to obtain drivers licenses. In addition, we oppose the use of Social Security numbers as a means of identification and all attempts to establish a national identification system. We support privacy legislation that prohibits private parties from discriminating
against individuals who refuse to disclose or obtain a Social Security
number. We also call for legislation prohibiting all governmental entities
from requiring the use of the Social Security number except for Social
Security transactions. Additionally, we call for the repeal of all laws,
regulations, and statutes that require the use of the Social Security number
for any purpose other than Social Security transactions.
