We have begun a written dialogue with the Texas Workforce Commission regarding Compelling Governmental Interest As It Relates To Religious Freedom.
- Our hope is that we can influence
government actors to re-think how they see their obligation to exercise
governmental power.
- We are going to make another attempt to get our Texas crop-duster member's pesticide license renewed. If it is disapproved, we have to take action. Our correspondense with the TWC is intended to accomplish a political solution to do everything we can before pursuing relief through litigation.

commonly refered to as COMREX Blue Boxes or their equivalents.
- The equipment will enable us to run the teaching/talk show program from anywhere that has a Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) hook-up.
- The format will enable David to speak on
Faith For Last Days Living and its practical application.
- It will enable him to dialogue with people
regarding law, liberty, what we are doing to secure our liberty, and
what others can do to help.
- It will enable him to meet the needs of
people in crisis, both regard to their faith and with regard to their
temporal liberty needs.
