Refusing to Allow Accounts
For Those Who Cannot Identify With an SSN For Religious Reasons
We are currently expending our
resources upon the Larry Lewis case in Idaho, and will secondarily
concentrate on the Gene McArthur Case in Texas, or the Carmichael
Driving Case in Virginia. Soon however, Mr. Carmichael will have
a United States Treasury check that he will want to cash from the
recent Carmichael v. United States decision in the Court of Federal
Claims.
Right now, Mr. Carmichael needs administrative, financial, research and other help in order to pursue the banking issue. This is the status as of January 2, 2006
