We are currently expending our resources upon the Larry Lewis case in Idaho, and will secondarily concentrate on the Gene McArthur Case in Texas, or the Carmichael Driving Case in Virginia.  Soon however, Mr. Carmichael will have a United States Treasury check that he will want to cash from the recent Carmichael v. United States decision in the Court of Federal Claims.

Right now, Mr. Carmichael needs administrative, financial, research and other help in order to pursue the banking issue.

This is the status as of January 2, 2006
