Honorable George F. Allen
Governor
Commonwealth of Virginia
State Capitol
Richmond, Virginia

Dear Honorable Governor George Allen:

I respectfully request audience with you to make an appeal regarding an executive decision made recently by one of your department heads.

I request correction in your records on the basis of religious accommodation and in keeping with the principles of common law and liberty.

I request one-half hour of your time.  I require less than ten minutes to make my appeal, there will be time required for me to field questions and summarize my appeal at the end of the discussion time.

A very simple administrative correction to your records will be sufficient to remedy a situation that is woefully grievous to my soul.  Denial of my request will cause great harm upon me and my household and will ultimately create a great administrative burden in many situations.

I am refraining from including all of the details in this letter because I have yet to be successful obtaining remedy through written correspondence with your executive agency.  I am more confident you will make a correct executive decision if I am able to appeal to your mercy in person.

I am not trying to make a name for myself or cause trouble.  I beg your forgiveness for the burden my request has caused thus far.  My only motive is my desire to obey God while also retaining the liberties secured to us by our founding fathers.

Sincerely, in the name of our
       Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

       David Alan, Carmichael
