Dear Randolph A. Beales:
I respectfully request audience with you personally, or one of your deputies, to discuss a possible solution to the grievous plight I am suffering at the hand of our governments and the current commercial system because of the prohibitions required by my faith.
Since I recognized Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in August of 1975, I have earnestly endeavored to apply the word of God in every aspect of my life. The more I applied the word of God, the more I came to understand that we are to apply the principles and edicts of scripture literally. Where figurative language is used, we are to use discernment to discover the literal application. There is a scriptural edict we are bound to observe written in the book of Revelation, beginning in chapter 13. The language used is figurative but the scriptures admonish us to seek for wisdom to discern the literal application of the scriptural mandate. The word of God prohibits us from using the number of the beast, the mark of the beast or the number of a man as a means to engage in those things necessary for livelihood. I have come to understand through wisdom, discernment and revelation that the Social Security Number system is that number system of the beast referred to in the book of Revelation. The mark of the beast in the right hand or forehead is not a tattoo, but is instead the finger print or retina pattern. The number of a man is not the number 666 used figuratively but is literally what we call D.N.A. Most people have been taught that my interpretation is incorrect. Never-the-less, I am accountable to God for those things He has revealed to me and which I know to be true. I am therefore, according to the scriptures, prohibited from having or using the universal enumerator referred to in this country as a Social Security Number (SSN). It is not a religious preference of mine but is truly a conviction that I must uphold loving not my life even unto death.
So far I have not lost my life, but I have lost every means of livelihood. I cannot obtain a bank account, no bank will cash a check written to me, I have lost my military career just short of retirement, I had to sell my home, every employer I talk to thinks it is against the law to hire me or contract with me (including a state junior college), I do not want to buy a gun but I presume I would be prohibited from doing so, for several years I was not allowed to vote (until someone intervened on my behalf), and I have gone from being considered a model citizen to being considered an enemy of the state just because I am unable to operate with the sublime enumerator that is supposed to be a retirement benefit account number.
The specific reason I am writing this plea to meet with you is:
In 1996 I had to change the records of every contractual relationship
in my life. A few years ago, I had a customer identification number
assigned as a driver’s license number. I wrote to Richard Holcomb,
Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles, told him of our religious
convictions and requested him to remove from his records any reference
of our names to a social security number. I have discovered recently
that nothing changed in the DMV records and that in spite of all of my
sacrifices (with losses in many hundreds of thousands of dollars) Mr. Holcomb’s
record keeping system is advertising to many agencies that my identity
is inextricably associated with the number of the beast. I have done
everything necessary by statute and common law to re-establish my identity
to comply with the scriptural mandate keeping with my natural and fundamental
rights. Yet, an apparently heartless, Godless and liberty suppressing
bureaucracy seems hell bent on oppressing me.
I am forwarding to you the form we recently received regarding the expiration of my wife’s driver’s license. The form is erroneous. My wife does not have a Social Security Account and of course cannot identify herself with something that does not belong to her and which God has prohibited her from identifying with. My desire (as sovereign head of my family according to the scriptures) is that you do that which is necessary to correct my, and my wife’s, driving records to not associate us with the number of the beast (SSN), a system that we have been emancipated from by natural, fundamental and common law right. Otherwise, please cancel our driving licenses (within the definition §46.2-100. Definitions – Cancel or cancellation).
The reason I write to you is firstly because you are the magistrate who is appointed to consider the law on behalf of the Commonwealth. You must make a determination regarding the law of our creator (natural law) firstly, the constitution (fundamental law) secondly, and statute (statutory law) thirdly. Mr. Holcomb is not expected to know law, only to know how to operate his administration efficiently. It is hard for most administrators to grasp that the obligation we owe to our Creator supercedes the requirements of an efficient or convenient administration (Art. I, §16 & Code §57-1,2). Secondly, I pray that you can be instrumental in forming a policy for the Commonwealth, through practice or statute, that protects those of my religious class from being alienated from our natural rights of citizenship. Thirdly, this could ultimately end up in a court battle which would be extremely costly to me (y’all get paid win or lose) and which will find you having to argue as to why the liberties of myself, my posterity and those of my religious class, ought not to be protected by law.
Please entertain my request for a meeting where I can explain to you more clearly the critical issues we face. I earnestly pray that, one day, someone might demonstrate my theology wrong by securing my liberty.
