| Our
Plan of Action - A Message From the Founder:. I have had
the vision for the American Christian Liberty Society for several years.
Now, the time is right for it. Up until now, I have walked in my
God-given convictions alone and with my household. I have understood
all along that the battle for our liberty is not being waged for my family
alone. Our liberty lost is every household's liberty lost.
Though the war being waged spiritually and tangibly is a difficult and
costly one, I am encouraged by Revelation, Chapter 12, Verse 11 that says
I will overcome by the blood of the Lamb, the word of my testimony, and
that I love not my life even unto death. Though I am assured that
I must continue the work for liberty alone if need be, I understand that
I cannot fulfill all that is needed to prevail. I am only one member
of the body of Christ. There are many other members with their own
talents that ought to be employed with me. Others who are in this
fight need me as I need them. My desire is to do that which God has
lead me to do, to voice the vision God has given me, to encourage others
in their associated work, to be a servant to my brethen, and to be a giver
as well as a receiver.
My hope is that others will be able to come to agreement with me and to join with me in this work that desparately needs to be done. I was soundly advised to gather funds and hold a strategy conference. That effort was not successful. I have come to realize that God will provide the strategy. I, and we, are to obey orders given by our commander. We will march with the "Plan of The Day" as given by the Holy Spirit and through the providencial circumstances that He directs. We will continue the case David Alan Carmichael v. United States to hold the government accountable to the law. We will continue the criminal defense case in Virginia where we are prohibited from excercising the common right to use an automobile because we refused to foresake our obligation to obey God who has prohibited us from confessing, embracing or identifying with the Social Security Number which we know to be the manifestation of the Number of the Beast. Alongside the Appeal of a recent Criminal conviction, we need to begin a class action suit for a Virginia Constitutional court to declare the law, and enjoin enforcement against those of us who must use our automobiles yet have been denied a license on account of our religious prohibitions. Virginia's laws are the nation's strongest regarding acknowledgement that God is the author of law, His obligations surpass any man made contrivance, and the end of government is to secure and protect our natural rights. If we cannot prevail in Virginia, it is likely that cannot prevail any other place in America. If we do prevail in Virginia, there is hope that we can turn the tide across the country. This is a call to join the effort. This is a call to give. The work that I must necessarily do precludes me from having the time necessary to engage in a commercial activity that would have me survive, let alone pay the costs necessary for effective litigation. There is much work to be done.
